- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@labubucanda.ca with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
